Cleophas Malala Makes Public Appearance As He Is Spotted With Gachagua During Launch of DCP Plan

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, together with DCP Party Deputy Leader Senator James Malala, this morning unveiled the party’s Plan of Action for the year. The announcement followed a three-day retreat attended by party legislators focused on strengthening the DCP Party’s agenda and presence across Kenya.

The retreat, held in a quiet and focused environment, allowed lawmakers to deliberate on key priorities. Discussions centered on improving service delivery, building stronger party structures, and engaging citizens at the grassroots level.

Gachagua stressed the need to turn the party’s vision into concrete action. He explained that the Plan of Action will guide the party throughout the year, ensuring a coordinated approach to achieving its objectives. The plan outlines clear steps for legislative work, community engagement, and organizational development.

To oversee implementation, Gachagua assigned Senator James Malala to lead the process. Malala will coordinate with party officials at both national and county levels, monitor progress, and ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently. This move reflects the party’s focus on structured planning and disciplined follow-up.

Lawmakers attending the retreat expressed confidence in the plan, noting that it provides clear direction for the party’s work. They emphasized teamwork and collective responsibility as key factors for achieving the party’s goals.
