Caleb Amisi Mocks Oburu After Cold Reception During ODM Rally on Sunday

Saboti Member of Parliament Caleb Amisi has allegedly mocked the Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader, Dr Oburu Odinga, after a video of himself wondering why a section of the crowd from the backbench weren't raising their hands in regards to a question he asked about ODM being the biggest party in Kenya.

Taking to his X handle, Amisi, without mentioning anyone's name and leaving Kenyans to fill in the gaps, wrote "Wale watu wa nyuma kwanini hamuinui mkono! Kenya needs a renaissance."

Interestingly, the message by Caleb Amisi comes just hours after a seemingly angry Dr Oburu Odinga, during a charged rally in Kakamega, warned ODM rebels to change or perish.

In his own words, Oburu revealed that the party will soon organise an NDC meeting in Nairobi that will see the leadership of the ODM at the top put to a democratic test.

He also warned against any form of protests, should the delegates prove the rebels wrong by reinstating him as the leader.
