4 Multi Billion Hotels Allegedly Owned By President Ruto That Proves That He Is Majestic

President William Ruto is unquestionably one of the richest politicians in the Kenya, owning a number of businesses in and out of the country. Ruto has invested a lot in the agricultural sector and also in the hotel industry. However, here are three multi-billion hotels around Nairobi that are linked to the Head of State.

Boulevard HotelOne of the busiest hotels in the city is the Boulevard Hotel, which is situated on Harry Thuku Road in Nairobi CBD. The Boulevard Hotel was a member of the Sentrim Group of Hotels, owned by Indian businessman Jac Patel, which sold it to the then DP Ruto in 2016. The hotel is close to the Central Police Station and KBC.

There are 98 rooms total, all of which have been refurbished to the highest caliber. The hotel is well-liked for both recreation and refreshments because it has an outdoor pool, which raises demand for the establishment.

Dolphins hotel

According to an article appearing on a leading daily, Ruto coughed kes600 million to construct what has been touted as one of the largest hotel in Shanzu, Mombasa. Sitting on a 10 acre parcel of land, the Dolphin Hotel will have 600 guest rooms-double the capacity of Pride Inn Paradise Hotel which was the largest until it was dethroned by Ruto’s hotel.

Dolphin Hotel is under Weston Hotel chain and has been under construction since 2016. The hotel has three floors and the beach view is said to be near completion.
