According to reports, the incident began after officers reportedly identified a Toyota Vitz that had been flagged as stolen.
The vehicle was allegedly spotted at a petrol station in Juja before police attempted to stop it for questioning. Instead of pulling over, the driver is said to have sped away, leading officers on a pursuit along the busy road.
