A man gets three years jail term for killing his two-year-old daughter after finding her in bed with his wife and mistaking her for a man due to hallucinations.

Justice Jessie Lesiit charged Mr BKM, 27, following an investigation report that he caused the murder after he failed to take his prescriptive drugs.

“The court established that the suspect was the mastermind of his mental feuds for willingly refusing to take his prescriptive drugs. Killing his daughter is a clear indication of his quest to halt the medication,” the court ruled.

The judge added that the accused person was not recommended for a non-custodial sentence since he should get the opportunity to enjoy incarceration so that he can understand the consequences of his deeds.

He murdered the girl by the name SMK on October 15, 2018 at Utawala Estate in Nairobi by stabbing her three times with a knife on the chest and abdomen.Continue Reading The Article By Clicking Here.
