Gachagua Declares Defiant Plan B If High Court Issues Unfriendly Ruling Over His Impeachment Case

Kenyans are anxiously waiting for Judges Eric Ogola, Frida Mugambi, and Anthony Mrima to issue a ruling that will determine whether former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua’s removal from office was carried out in accordance with the Constitution.

And according to political players, if the court finds that he was removed unlawfully, the decision could reshape the political landscape ahead of next August’s general election.

However, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said he will lose nothing if the High Court rules against him in the cases challenging his 2024 removal from office, insisting that his journey toward the presidency in 2027 will continue.
