Barack Muluka Explains How President Ruto is Making His Leadership Hard (VIDEO)

Communications strategist and political commentator Barack Muluka says President William Ruto has made governing harder for himself through the way key decisions are made and communicated..........................WATCH THE FULL INTERVIEW HERE.

Speaking in an interview with a local radio station, Muluka argued that the President tends to rely heavily on his own judgment and, in Muluka’s view, does not sufficiently heed alternative advice.

He linked that assessment to what he described as policy choices that have attracted public criticism.

Muluka’s remarks come against the backdrop of debate over the government’s economic measures, including tax proposals, subsidy changes, and efforts to manage public debt.

Critics say some of those policies have increased pressure on households and businesses, while government supporters argue they are intended to stabilize public finances and support long-term growth.

The discussion also touches on the political fallout from the Finance Bill 2024 and the protests that followed.

Rights groups, opposition figures, and some commentators have raised concerns about the handling of demonstrations and alleged abuses by security agencies, while the government has defended its actions and said it is committed to maintaining order within the law.
