Victor Kanyari has claimed that President William Ruto should accept the political reality that many Kikuyu voters remain firmly behind former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
Speaking during a church service on Sunday, May 24, 2026, the Salvation Healing Ministry founder argued that Gachagua still enjoys deep emotional and political support within the Mt Kenya region despite his fallout with the Kenya Kwanza administration.
Kanyari said the Kikuyu community has already made up its mind and is unlikely to shift loyalty away from Gachagua any time soon.
According to the preacher, the former deputy president has built a strong connection with supporters, making it difficult for political opponents to weaken his influence.
The controversial pastor warned Ruto against underestimating the political mood on the ground, saying many people in the region are openly backing the growing one-term movement associated with Gachagua’s allies.GET FULL STORY HERE.
