Allegedly, the president has crafted a team of government experts and representatives drawn from his office and that of the deputy president to lead the passive aggressive against Rigathi Gachagua.
This new team has allegedly been tasked with coming up with a comprehensive list of all national government sponsored projects currently ongoing in the mount Kenya region.The list will track projects that are complete, stuck or yet to be launched.
On the list, the team is allegedly required to indicate the particular locations of the projects in question.
After this comprehensive list has been drawn, president William Ruto will personally takeover the offensive. He will personally tour these projects' sites to groundbreak, launch complete ones and announce the revival of those that have been stuck.
The plan is to allegedly go directly to where the people are rather than spending heavily to mobilize them attend large roadside and market rallies.
Kithure Kindiki has allegedly nor been left behind in this new plan. He will allegedly be assigned specific areas where Ruto will choose not to personally tour.
The message to be spread during these "development political tours" will allegedly be different. The messages will not be centered around Ruto's reelection bid but will directly seek to counter the negativity that has been spread about Ruto by his opposers.
Ruto will present himself on ground, use the projects to showcase his agenda and directly dismiss Gachagua rhetorics.
