This is because on the day, one of them officially turned 9-years-old; and it was none other than their son Njiru Mwaura.
News of Njiru Mwaura celebrating her birthday was actually disclosed by Isaac Mwaura's wife Nelius Mukami, who is a maternal health advocate.
Taking to her instagram account, the sassy queen shared a photo of the cake that she got for her son on her special day.
What was clear is that it was indeed a unique cake, because it was Sonic The Hedgehog-themed.
Nelius Mukami then accompanied the photo with a heartwarming message, in which she pampered Njiru Mwaura with love and praises.

As Njiru Mwaura turns 9-years-old today, it should be noted that he is the only child that Isaac Mwaura has sired with Nelius Mukami.
Njiru Mwaura was actually one of the triplets that the couple welcomed to the world in January 2017.
The lovebirds however unfortunately lost two of their kids from the triplets - a boy and a girl, shortly after their premature birth.
