Gachagua's Polite Request to President Ruto Amid The Ongoing Drought

The former deputy president, Hon Rigathi Gachagua, together with other opposition coalition principals have been working tirelessly to ensure that they push the Kenya Kwanza government under the leadership of President William Ruto to deliver their promises they made during the 2022 campaign periods. To achieve this they have been moving across the country holding series of rallies across the country.

Following the ongoing droughts witnessed across the country following the insufficient rainfall the Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) leader, Hon Rigathi Gachagua, breaks his silence sending a polite request to president Ruto to declare this as a national disaster which needs an immediate response. According to Gachagua majority of Kenyans are currently starving and loss of livestock has been witnessed following the ongoing droughts.
