"Barua Kwa Rais" Kamba Artist Walks From Kitui to Nairobi With This Letter to President Ruto

Kamba gospel musician Biez Kaviru has begun a long and demanding walk from Kitui to Nairobi in a powerful campaign to raise awareness about cancer and push for urgent government action.

The journey, which covers hundreds of kilometres, is aimed at drawing national attention to the growing cancer burden in Kenya. Kaviru says the walk is a symbol of the pain, struggle, and endurance that many cancer patients and their families face every day.
