Zimbabwe Man Marries Wife’s Mother as Second Wife After Secret 7-Year Affair, Family Torn Apart

A shocking love triangle in Zimbabwe is leaving people speechless. Vashko Sande, a married man with four children, secretly fell in love with his own mother-in-law. 

For nearly seven years he carried on the affair behind his wife Magora’s back. When the feelings became too strong, he stopped hiding them.

From the year 2011, Sande turned cold, angry and violent towards Magora. He told her he would force her and their children out of the family home because he now wanted her mother. 

Elders in the community tried to stop him, but he refused to listen. He openly took the older woman as his second wife, completely ignoring tradition.

Magora later went to court for protection. She then told the magistrate that her husband had become cruel and unfriendly since the moment he developed feelings for her mother. The marriage could not be saved, even after family elders intervened.
