"We are Carrying The Burden That is Not Ours" Oburu On What is Happening Since They Joined Ruto Government

ODM party leader Oburu Odinga has cautioned that joining President William Ruto's government comes with political consequences, saying the party is now shouldering responsibility for decisions it did not originally make.

Speaking on Tuesday, July 28, Oburu noted that once a party becomes part of the government, it inevitably attracts criticism from the public over government actions and policies. 

He observed that ODM leaders must now exercise greater caution because they are operating in unfamiliar political territory after years in the opposition.
