Jubilee Party Secretary-General Jeremiah Kioni, a close ally of former President Uhuru Kenyatta, has hinted at a possible covert alliance between former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and President William Ruto.
Speaking over the weekend during a radio interview, Kioni alleged that Gachagua revealed to a small group of leaders, including pastors, that Ruto had already sent emissaries to start political negotiations.
The meeting, which Kioni said took place in Gachagua’s office with around 15 attendees, reportedly involved discussions on vote-sharing and power distribution in anticipation of the 2027 elections.
“He admitted that Ruto’s team was mobilizing their bases and that they had agreed to meet later to divide the political cake,” Kioni claimed.
“I have no reason to doubt what was said, as multiple witnesses, including pastors, confirmed it.”TO READ MORE, CLICK HERE.
