The survey, conducted by ISS Africa across Nairobi’s 17 constituencies, shows Babu Owino leading with 28.1% support, compared to Governor Johnson Sakaja’s 16.4%.
Former Kemsa chairperson Irungu Nyakera is also emerging as a strong competitor with 19.2%, slightly ahead of Sakaja.
Embakasi North MP James Gakuya follows with 11.2%, mainly supported by voters in his constituency.
