The man, identified only as 34-year-old Peter for privacy reasons, said he decided to speak publicly after years of emotional trauma and guilt over what he allegedly witnessed inside the controversial religious movement.

Speaking during an emotional interview, Peter claimed he joined the church in his early twenties while searching for spiritual direction during a difficult season in life.

“At that time, I was confused and desperate,” he said. “I had lost my job, relationships were failing, and I felt hopeless. When I met members of the church, they promised me healing, purpose, and a better future.”

According to Peter, the group initially appeared welcoming and deeply spiritual.

“They were very kind in the beginning,” he explained. “They treated me like family and made me feel accepted.”

However, he claims things changed after he became fully committed.

Peter alleged that followers were encouraged to isolate themselves from family and friends who questioned the church’s teachings.

“They would tell us outsiders were evil or spiritually lost,” he claimed. “Anyone who questioned the leader was considered rebellious.”
