Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has raised concerns over the timing of medical evidence presented in court regarding former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s reported heart condition, intensifying the legal and political tensions surrounding the ongoing impeachment-related proceedings.

During court submissions linked to the dispute, Kindiki reportedly questioned why Gachagua’s doctor allegedly waited nearly one and a half years before informing the court about the condition if it was serious and relevant to the matter under consideration.
