"Hata Pia Sisi Tumebarikiwa" Check Out The Amount of Money SG Edwin Sifuna Gave at the Coast PAG in Dagoretti North

Nairobi Senator and ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna joined a high-profile delegation of opposition leaders for a church service at Coast PAG Church in Kawangware, Dagoretti North constituency, Nairobi. The event drew significant attention amid ongoing political realignments in Kenya.

Accompanying Sifuna were prominent figures including Siaya Governor James Orengo, Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, Senator Godfrey Osotsi, Hon. Caleb Amisi, Clive Gisairo, and others from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM). Photos and videos shared on social media captured the group participating in the Sunday devotion, with many describing it as a show of unity among leaders opposed to any collaboration with the ruling UDA party.

Sifuna gave KSHs 200,000 and asked the Church Treasurer to go for KSH1 Million on Monday for church Construction.

Sifuna himself posted updates from the service, noting that the leaders would conduct stopovers across the constituency afterward. The gathering appeared to emphasize faith and community engagement, with one attendee remarking that "Mungu ni muhimu kuliko kulinda ground kisii" (God is more important than protecting political ground).

Despite public interest in the visit, no reports or statements have emerged indicating that Senator Sifuna made a personal or group monetary donation during the service at Coast PAG Church.

Recent political discourse around church contributions has often focused on high-profile donations by other leaders, but Sifuna's appearance here centered on spiritual fellowship and political mobilization rather than financial giving.

The Coast PAG Church, located in the bustling Kawangware area of Dagoretti North, has hosted various political figures in recent times, reflecting its role as a community hub.

Dagoretti North remains a key battleground constituency, with aspirants and leaders frequently engaging residents through such platforms.

This event underscores ODM's continued grassroots outreach in Nairobi amid preparations for future electoral contests. As Kenya's political landscape evolves, such church visits by opposition stalwarts highlight the intersection of faith, community, and politics.
