It can be remembered that Sarah Mtalii initiated the divorce proceedings over a year ago after she decided to separate from Simon Kabu, who is also a co-founder of the company as well as the CEO.
The business moguls actually ended their marriage after being together for 15 years, with the cause of separation being infidelity.
After their divorce however, the future of Bonfire Adventures was in limbo, because Simon Kabu and Sarah Mtalli co-founded the company in 2007.
Who will own Bonfire Adventures in the future?
Bonfire Adventures will actually not be owned by Sarah Mtalii or Simon Kabu in the future.
The owner will actually be their son Austin Kabu, who will officially take over the company after he officially turns 18-years-old.
Sarah Mtalii revealed this in a recent interview that she had with renowned radio personality Alex Mwakideu on his podcast.
The businesswoman made it clear that what is actually stopping Austin Kabu from taking over the multimillion company right now is his age, because he is now only 13-years-old.
However in 5 years from now, he will take over the company and he will run it while being supported by both his parents.
Simon Kabu and Sarah Kabu will however now run the respective businesses that they started after their marriage ended.
Who runs Bonfire Adventures right now?
In the same interview, Sarah Mtalii made it clear that neither her nor Simon Kabu runs Bonfire Adventures right now.
The affairs of the multimillion company are actually being conducted by another management company, that they both agreed to hand over the operations to.
Therefore all the matters that are relating to Bonfire Adventures, including the cheques that are signed, are done so by the company and not Sarah or Simon.
