According to the reactions from residents, the majority appeared to support “Tutam,” a slogan suggesting that President Ruto and MP Wamumbi should be given another term in the 2027 General Election.

Wamumbi said he was puzzled by the contrast between what is being expressed online and what he is hearing from people at the grassroots.
