Political strategist and Head of Presidential Special Projects and Creative Economy Dennis Itumbi has stirred political debate after suggesting that key opposition leaders have already settled on a leadership line-up ahead of the 2027 General Election.

In a statement shared hours after a meeting between Kalonzo Musyoka and Fred Matiang’i, Itumbi claimed that former President Uhuru Kenyatta had already determined the opposition's leadership structure.
