Political analyst Herman Manyora has offered fresh insights into what he describes as former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s calculated strategy to strengthen his political influence across the Mt Kenya region ahead of the 2027 General Election.

According to Manyora, Gachagua is combining public political messaging with behind-the-scenes negotiations to gradually consolidate support and pressure influential regional leaders into aligning with his political movement.
