The woman, identified as Sharon Wairimu, had spent nearly six years working in Saudi Arabia as a house manager, enduring long hours and difficult conditions while saving money with hopes of building a better future back home.

Sharon explained that while abroad, she regularly sent money through bank transfers and mobile transactions, asking the friend to help her buy land and start a small business.
However, things took a painful turn when she landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and discovered that none of the plans had been fulfilled.
