“I faced so many rejections that I almost believed something was wrong with me,” Mary begins.

After completing her studies, Mary entered the job market with high hopes. She applied for numerous positions, attended interviews, and followed up diligently, but the responses were often disappointing.

“Most of the time, I either didn’t hear back or received polite rejection emails,” she explains.
